Hi everyone!
Today I’m finally!! sharing Indonesian recipe. Thank you so much for requesting, it’s been so much fun researching and learning about Indonesian cuisine! My first Indonesian recipe will be Mie Goreng.
Mie goreng is worldwide known Indonesian stir-fried noodles. It is savory, sweet, spicy and incredibly satisfying! It’s easier than making pasta with pre-made pasta sauce, trust me!
You can use any type of egg noodles that you can find at your local/Asian grocery stores, just make sure prepare them ‘al dente’ cooked by following the directions of the package you are using.
I used shrimp since I’m a big fan of shrimp but you can use any protein you prefer. The street vendor in Indonesia, they use fried chicken, and it looks absolutely delicious!
Hope you guys give this recipe a try some time soon, because it is too good to miss
